TRACY FRAZIER
.With over 28+ years of experience, Tracy Frazier is Master stylist and Director of Education at Refuge Hair Spa. Tracy has trained and worked with a diverse group of hair types and textures. Tracy's natural talent and creativity fueled her passion to pursue her cosmetology license and a career as a hair care professional. A native of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Tracy began her career at one of Aveda Concept Salons, Ego Hr, in the arts of hair cutting and color. With a passion for excellence Tracy excelled in her craft with extensive training in international hair color lines such as, Logics, Matrix So-Color, L'Oreal, Wella, Redken and Clairol Professionals. In 1996, Tracy moved to Atlanta. By 2003, she joined one of Atlanta's prominent Salon & Spa's as a Master Stylist and Director of Education. During her tenure Tracy trained more than 30 stylists of varying experience levels across the company's three-salon system in style, cut and color techniques.
Fun Fact: Enjoys spinning and has a desire to teach spin classes one day.
Neriah Holmes
Neriah Holmes, a Charlotte NC native has been interested in the beauty industry since 2008. At the young age of 19, she decided to take the leap into turning her passion into profit by enrolling at Paul Mitchell the School Charlotte. Intended to be a 12 month program for most, she completed in 10 months. She immediately became a licensed professional, one month later. Neriah is now eager and ready to build her clientele, working directly under Refuge Hair Spas Master Stylist and Educational Director Tracy Frazier. She is excited to create her portfolio and soak up all of the knowledge that this industry has to offer. The love for coloring hair, braid styles , and blowout styles is going to take her further than she can imagine!
Tasha Jones
Tasha Jones, a Senior Stylist from Harris County, Texas. Tasha has been a stylist at Refuge Hair Spa for 8 years. Tasha has been in the industry now going on 11 years and she has the same passion and excitement for hair, as she did on day one. Attending Paul Mitchell The School Charlotte, started her love for cutting and coloring. The clients that she has obtained over the years, keeps her encouraged and have become like family to her. Early on, Tasha took part in several backstage styling opportunities in Charlotte Fashion Week, Passport for Fashion and even started her own virgin hair company. A Queens Touch TM, in August of 2015. Now, in 2021, her skills and clientele have grown tremendously. Tasha is excited to continue to learn and grow daily in order to become one of the best stylists in North Carolina, with a desire to be a traveling platform artist, educator and motivational speaker. The passion for healthy hair has spilled over into a new found love for the vegan/vegetarian lifestyle.
Fun Fact: Tasha thoroughly enjoys cooking and meal prepping for the people she loves.
Dayshawna Sturdivant
I have always had a deep passion for the beauty industry, which began at a young age. My journey led me to attend the prestigious Paul Mitchell the School of Cosmetology program, where I honed my skills and gained invaluable knowledge. Additionally, I completed the CPCC Natural Hair Care specialty program, allowing me to specialize in natural styles. Being born and raised in Charlotte, NC, has given me a unique perspective and understanding of the local community, which I incorporate into my work at Refuge Hair Spa.
